This is where we get to dive in deep and figure out a plan to keep you accountable to your personal health and fitness goals. The meal plans alone get the ball rolling, but accountability coaching takes you to the next level. When you have to show up for someone else, you inevitably show up for yourself and real change actually happens. It's magical!
15 minute call where we'll go through your health and fitness goals, obstacles you're facing and exactly how together we'll create a plan of action
45 minute call to go through your intake form, plan of action and set weekly/daily expectations.
Each week you'll be sent a weekly meal plan that will include recipes complete with ingredients and a detailed groceries list.
Two 30 minute calls weekly to check in, go over progress and discuss the weeks ahead and obstacles that have come up. Also, weekly weigh ins to hold you accountable and go over your food intake. During this call we'll talk about additional outside communication.
This group is continuing support with other members who have purchased meal plans or is an accountability client.
